This is a TV show about Olivia Chocolat, a Bean-to-Bar chocolate made in Cantley Quebec Canada. It was produced by CTV network for the Regional Contact series that aired Sunday December 11th, 2011. It was inspired by a fathers love for his little girl, Olivia, and the taste experience from the artisan chocolate that bears her name.
Restaurant 18 executive chef Walid El-Tawel and Sommelier Matthew Orawski were cooking a Valentine's Day meal in the kitchen on CTV Morning Live. Matthew also presented his wine, which is 2009 Villabella Ripasso Valpolicella.
